how do I complete my bookings?
make sure you goto bookings tab menu on here, and type in your payment code sent to you by the company after a successful transfer, then your reservation will be fully completed
when is my booking reservation due?
your due date on your apartment booking is 12:00pm of the last date/day on your receipt
how can I confirm my payment is accepted?
the company will send you a payment code by SMS or WhatsApp through the number registered when booking, which will be use to complete booking of your desired apartment on our site.
can I reprint my receipt?
you can reprint your receipt with your booking ID here
how do I get my booking ID?
your booking ID can be found in the mail sent to your email address your registered with when making your booking reservation(starts with RSV- ...)
how secure are the apartments?
there are security guard around our apartments 24/7, which helps to detail, and profile anyone coming in or out of any of our premises
is the electricity 24/7?
there is 24hrs of light in all our shortlet apartments
